Process Serving

The Civil Procedure Rules were introduced in April 1999 following a report by Lord Woolf. They superceded the Rules of the Supreme Court and the County Court Rules.

Serves, Statements and Affidavits

The method of service of documents is undertaken as prescribed under the Civil Procedure Rules, ensuring the correct person is served at the right address. A statement of service or affidavit is prepared as required.
